Are we locked into a long term contract?
Absolutely not! We are in the service business... and if you are not completely satisfied with the service we are providing, we'll remove our machines upon request. Our simple machine placement agreement provides you with the freedom to give us 30-day cancellation notice at any time.

Does it cost me anything to sign up?

Absolutely nothing...all you have to do is provide space for the machine. We will never send you an invoice or bill you for anything. In fact, it's just the opposite...we pay you a commission on every dollar sold through the machine. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR VENDING MACHINE PLACEMENT. We install, stock, and maintain the machines.

What is the installation process?

Once you have signed up, we will send a local representative from our local bottler to survey your location to determine the best location to place the machine and recommend products available in your market area that will be suit your outlet type. Within approximately two weeks, a machine will be delivered to your location. Once the machine is placed your regular route driver will fill the machine.

How often will a driver visit my location?

As frequently as needed based on sales volume.

What types of problems might I expect from the machine?

Vending machines generally run without any problems, however, from time to time break downs occur. The most frequently reported problem is that the machine takes money but does not give a soda. This is generally due to a coin jam or the dollar bill validator not being able to read dollar bills. But no matter what the problem, we will fix it as soon as possible to make sure that your machine is back in service. We know that it is inconvenient for you to have a problem with your machine. It is in both of our best interests to keep your machine working all the time...because every minute the machine is down, we're both losing money.

Are we liable for any damages to the machine?

None whatsoever. All you do is provide the space for the machine. If the machine is continually damaged or vandalized we may choose to remove it and terminate services.

What type of insurance coverage do you have?

We are covered under a $2 million dollar general liability insurance policy and a $5 million dollar umbrella policy from Coca-Cola.

Vending Machine Malfunctions
At US Vending we pride ourselves on our machine maintenance program. We strive to ensure that our machines are in top-notch working order at all times. If, however, you notice that a machine is not working properly, give us a call at (832) 878-0287. We will send a service technician out to the location ASAP to correct the problem. We'll also issue you a refund, if necessary.

Who do I call if there is a problem with the machine?

Simply call us at (832) 878-0287and we will work with you to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. We can complete most refills and repairs within 24-48 hours depending on the time of day you call in your request. And if there is a problem that will take longer - we will communicate with you every step of the way.

What do I do when money is lost in the machine?

Occasionally, one of our machines may accept your money but not give you anything in return. If this happens, you may contact us at (832) 878-0287 and we will cheerfully refund your money as quickly as possible.

What can I do if a single product like Diet Coke keeps running out?

If your machine is constantly running out of a particular product, we can replace a column of another product that isn't selling with an additional column of the one that is. For example, if you have 1 column of Diet Coke and 1 of Ginger Ale...and no one is drinking the Ginger Ale, it benefits us both to have 2 columns of Diet Coke. And if your location can sustain and requires more than one machine - we'll be happy to place an additional machine to make sure that you have enough sodas and selections.

At US Vending we pride ourselves on keeping your machine filled so that you never have to go without your favorite product. If you find that a particular flavor keeps running out we will make a selection adjustment or bump up your refill schedule to avoid this from happening in the future. Just fill out the refill form Customer Service Form or give us a call at (832) 878-0287. We will send your route driver out to the location ASAP to fill up your machine.
